In 2021 we settled in Albania. Wishing to live in Tirana, we were looking for a property to rent and very quickly noticed a market where properties were shared, sometimes on the agencies websites, sometimes on general listings sites. This situation did not facilitate a selective and personalized search!

Based on this observation, the idea was born.
We have combined Belgian real estate experience with our IT expertise, and have created a real estate platform specializing mainly in luxury residences to offer you the best search and rental/sale experience in Albania.

Our objective is to bring to the Albanian market, a facilitation of categorization of properties in a practical way, but even beyond,we come with  an innovative vision, which would bring a higher level of excellence not only in Albania, but also internationally.

Our ambition is clear; to be number one as the preferred partner of real estate agencies but above all ,of each individual who sells or seeks to buy or rent a property in Albania.
